Instructor Course:
We will be conducting a MANDATORY Instructor Course for ALL Level 5 or higher cadets on the 31st of August from 1900hrs to 2130hrs at the LHQ. Bring paper and pen to write with and as always, arrive at least 10 minutes early to help set up the classroom. There are a couple cadets from Level Four that are required to attend as well so check the list below for your name. If your name does not appear on this list and you feel that it should be, please email us through the Contact Us section of the website.

2009/2010 Training Year:
Our first night back to cadets is the 14^th of September. All cadets are expected to arrive each week no later than 1845hrs. The dress for the first night back will be full uniform (shirt, tie, tunic) as it is CO's Parade. You will be given the opportunity AFTER opening parade to speak with Supply, Admin and Training so please don't come early expecting to get uniform parts or level badges. As usual, if you are unable to attend cadets, you are required to phone into the squadron (905-793-7992) and leave a message with your full name, rank and flight number. If you are late to cadets and missed attendance, you need to make sure you stop by the new Duty Desk (located outside the furnace room) to get your name added to the attendance list.

You will see some minor changes in the LHQ building this year. Pay special attention to the following changes:

The Training Office is now located where the Administration Office used to be (by the front entrance and level 4 classroom).
The Administration Officer is now located where the Training Office used to be (by the back door). The Deputy Commanding Officer (DCO) will also be located in this office. Level 5 cadets will be informed at the Instructor Course where you can go when you are not instructing and need to prepare lessons.

Access to the back hallway where the Commanding Officer and Administration offices are will be restricted to the Squadron Warrant Officer and Officers. If you need to speak with any of the officers in the back hallway, you will check in with Duty at the Duty Desk. Duty will check that the officer is available and bring you to him/her. This information will be covered in the Instructor Course in more detail.
