We had a successful first night back to cadets. Classes will begin full force on Monday, September 21, 2009, so remember to bring pen and paper. Level badges will also be handed out throughout the evening, so please do not approach training for your badges.

Dress of the day for the 21^st will be summer dress (open collar). Let's get those uniforms in tip top shape. If you need a refresher on where your badges go, how to iron or polish your boots, please see the resource page for the dress regulations.

Drill Team
Drill team commander try outs will be held on Wednesday September 23, 2009 from 1800hrs to 2000hrs at LHQ. Try outs are open to all cadets in Level 3 and up. Please let Captain Clark or CI Miranda know if you plan on trying out. Dress appropriately for the weather. Your uniform will be inspected on the 21^st.

Drill team will begin on the 29^th at Balmoral Public School from 1800hrs to 2000hrs in appropriate civilian attire.

Band
The band is always looking for new members. If you play an instrument in school, we want to see you. Please see Sgt. Izirein or CI Haye for more details.

October FTX
There will be a Field Training Exercise on the 9^th to 11^th of October at Everton Scout Camp in Rockwood. This exercise is open to all F/Cpl's and up. Please sign up with your Flight Commander.
