Range Team Try-Outs:
Try-Outs will occur at LHQ on Sunday, September 27, 2015. The times for individuals is in the attachment below. Please come through the back door of the squadron when you arrive. Doors will be locked 5 mins after each scheduled start time. If you miss your time, there will be no accommodations made to reschedule. It is a tight schedule so arrive on time. Comfortable civilian attire is fine.
Cadet Fitness Testing:
Testing for all cadets in Level two and up will occur on Monday, September 28, 2015 during regular training hours. Dress is PT gear and dress for the weather. Please also bring a water bottle. Level Ones will have regular classes so dress in the usual black and white.
Uniforms for new recruits are in the process of being ordered. Please be patient as all uniforms nationally are ordered form the same place so it may take some time. As soon as they start arriving, we will get you outfitted as quickly as possible.
For returning cadets, please see below appointment list for Monday. If you miss your appointment, you will be moved to the bottom of the priority list so please ensure you make note of it and arrive at the noted time. If you are not on this list and have uniform issues, please make an appointment with supply ASAP as all cadets must be in uniform.
Spring tagging will occur on October 2, 3 and 4, 2015. Specific timings will be posted closer to that time. All cadets are expected to participate in tagging as it is our primary fundraiser. Cadets will sign up for tagging shifts through their flight sergeants.
PARENTS: We are looking for volunteers to drive the cadets to and from the tagging locations (local businesses). If you are able to assist, please see a member of our sponsoring committee (usually located at the front door of the Lions Hall on Monday evenings) to let them know. Valid driver’s license and insurance is to be presented.
