The squadron Administration Department is responsible for managing cadet enrolment, cadet personnel records and information, and cadet attendance during training and squadron activities.
EXCUSED ABSENCES
Submit an Absence Request
If you are unable to attend a Monday Parade Night or Activity, send an email with Rank, Name, Flight and reason for the absence to Contact Us.
Sample Email Format:
Good Day,
I will not be able to attend training for Oct 29, 2020 as I am not feeling well, please mark me as excused. I have contacted my section commander to let them know as well.

ONTARIO HEALTH CARD
Ontario Health Card Information Updating
Your Ontario Health Card is required to be up to date and with you at all Squadron events including parade nights.
Check the expiry date on your Ontario Health Card. If your Ontario Health Card has expired, you MUST provide your updated health Card information in person to the Administration Officer on the next Parade Night.

Cadet365
Cadet365 is a collaborative platform for Cadets and Adult Staff across Canada. The suite provides access to familiar products like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, OneNote and OneDrive. The aim of the suite is to promote collaboration and facilitate remote work.
The innovative cloud-based platform enables the team to work on both personal and work devices. This is a proven solution that balances the need to innovate and continue working with the need to maintain security and accountability.
Cadet 365 is the Cadet365 login information is provided to new recruit cadets in an ongoing basis.
Follow on-boarding instructions to login to Cadet365 and complete the Cyber Security Course.
Cadets are responsible for checking Teams and Cadet365 emails for detailed announcements regularly.
